Can I tell you how happy I am today???  I wish I could convey to you my exhuberance as I see things in the physical realm that I saw only in my dreams!

These past few months, I’ve been unemployed.  I was let go from my job (which really didn’t hurt my feelings at all) at a time when it needed to be done.  At that time, my father was becoming more disabled.  He wasn’t ill, just old and ready to pass on.  While I was at work, I was in fear that I would find him on the floor badly hurt or worse.  I didn’t have the courage to quit.  In fact, I started another job soon after which didn’t pan out either.  My employer had overhired just previous to corporate cut backs which resulted in fewer hours down to no hours.  Again, my feelings were not hurt.  I knew I was to spend that time with my Dad as I also knew he had little time left.  Things “just worked out”, as in late March of this year, he passed away.  I am greatful to have been with him right up until the end.  Since I had started to pursue an online business just prior to his death, I decided not to go back to work but to pursue my own dreams.

During my pursuit of happiness, I learned (again) about the law of attraction and other universal laws.  Now I  actually have the time to see for myself if these were indeed laws.  I could’t just take someone’s word for it although it did ring true in my heart,  I had to find out first hand.  To make a long story short, I began ernestly implementing these principles.  It took some time to change my belief system (a few months) particularly about myself and what I personally could do.  I had some false “truths” I had been taught to over come, and still do, but overcoming them one by one, I am!

I did during this time find out what my real “calling” is.  This is so simple but we’re so blind and too busy to see…something that we excelled in most of our lives.  I found out WHO I AM!  Along with this discovery and the universal laws, things are falling into place for me to BE who I am and even get paid for it!  You don’t know how happy I was to discover what I’m really good at, there’s a market for!!!

This was difficult to share as this is personal, but I am willing to wear my life on my sleeve, invite ridicule, etc. if it gives YOU hope, direction, encouragement, to answer this question and figure out what it really is that would make you happy.  I also recommend that you find the book “You Were Born Rich”, by Bob Proctor.  You can get it free online in pdf.

I KNOW that you are loved just the way you are…perceived faults and all.  Once you fall in love with yourself, others will follow suit.

Today was my first life coaching session.  Can I tell you how excited I am?  Not only am I excited about these next 3 months, I’m beginning to see manifestations of my ideas and dreams!  A few months ago, I had absolutely NO idea what my niche would be let alone make a living from what I LOVE to do.  I couldn’t even figure out what I wanted.  I spent so many years devoting my life to others, I lost sight of who I was and what I wanted as I always put what I wanted last.  All I knew is what I didn’t want which was not wanting to work for someone else.  My reason, I knew I would never get ahead, never get to a place where I could live my own life.  I was working a job because I HAD TO; not because it was my life’s purpose or that I liked it.  I must admit that my customers were deceived into thinking that I loved my job because I loved them!

I was introduced to the Law of Attraction about 6 months ago and had decided to go ahead and start imagining (SEE) how I’d like my life to be.  Like I said, that was a daunting task.  When I did that, next I had to BELIEVE I RECEIVE it.  That was even more difficult.  My upbringing had always been to have just enough to get by, nothing more was needed.  If you wanted more, it meant you were greedy which was a bad thing.  Other teachings I had adopted was “I” was at the center of “sIn”.  These were my 2 largest mindsets to overcome.

Anyway, I want to share with you some of the exercises I’m given as homework.  Hopefully, you will do the assignments, learn from them and not have to spend any money.  (I’m spending it because I really do need a coach to prod and poke me to go beyond my comfort zone.)  I also want to be a master of my thoughts in a short amount of time and I’m fully commited to that.  I am my greatest enemy.

The first thing on the assignment: Now, write all the wonderful things about yourself and the things you have done that you are proud of. I want to know all of them. And feel free to email the list to me.  My coach told me this should be at leat 2 – 3 pages worth!  Whew!  My first thought is I don’t have that many!!!  Include ALL the little ones as well!

Then each day, write down something you did today that you were proud of.

Second thing on this Assignment: Write down EVERYTHING you DON’T WANT in your life.  Look at all areas of your life, and list the things you currently have that you do not want. Areas to consider may be your job, your boss, your finances, your spouse, a friend, or even your car.

One of those things for me has all ready happened!  I spoke of that in the first paragraph.

My personal assignment was to do something in my business that I normally would not do unless challenged…something that is outside my comfort zone.  I have decided that to be to assemble my “mastermind” team of 5 like-minded people.  Now I know of no one personally at the moment but I know these folks are coming into my life.  I have a definite reason to create a team or a board.  A lot more things can be accomplished than with just 1 person….as well as seeing things from different perspectives.  If you think you may be that person, email me.  Just put your subject line ALL IN CAPS so I can see it right away.
